Colors May Vary. We reserve the right to ship another color of same item depending on availability when the order was made.
PAYMENT INFO: All orders are paid via Paypal, Credit Card, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Business Check or Cash.
"All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 reprocessing fee."
SHIPPING: Orders are processed and shipped out the same days as long as received by 12:00 noon. If your order is processed after 12:00
noon on Friday or the weekend we will ship out your package that coming Monday via first class signature requested United States Postal Service.
If your order Status is Unconfirmed or you have payed by check we will hold your order for 7
days before shipping.
RETURN POLICY: If at any time during a 30 day period of your placed order, your order has a manufacture defect or is broken during shipment, you may send it back to us
along with your original invoice in it's original packaging for a replacement, if the same item is in stock. If we do not have the same item in stock we will return to you the purchase price of your item
minus the cost of shipping. The return address is on your invoice.
Our CD Puzzles can only be returned if defective and a cash refund will only be given once we deem the puzzle CD is defective. Its our policy to ONLY replace
for same item ordered due to CD's can be burnt to disk.
Refunds: In order to request a refund you will need to send back the order in original packages and a copy of
your receipt. Once received we will give you a full refund minus any shipping cost and 25% restocking fee.
Be sure to return as signature confirmation because we can not be held responsible for lost mail.
QUESTIONS: If you have questions about this
CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Fraudulent orders include, but are not limited to, orders placed
using a credit card not yours or one which you do not have permission to use and the use of a parent or legal guardian's credit card by a minor without the consent of the parent or legal guardian. All such
orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Do not break the law, you will be caught and prosecuted which will cause you to pay a fine and or time in jail.
